Eurosteam® Iron Water Funnel

Terrific. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I called they said they sent what was a more current version but I really preferred what I ordered. The woman I spoke with was incredibly understanding and immediately went in to “let me try to fix this” mode. She went back to the warehouse (I believe that is what she called it) and said she would look to see if they still might have a few of the old version of what I ordered. And, she came back in a few minutes on the phone and said she found one. I mean, hardly any customer service goes out of there way any more and she was just wonderful. GREAT customer service. (BTW, I received what I had originally ordered and I love it!) Thank you for hiring such articulate, helpful and good, good personnel. Really makes a difference in the shopping experience.
