Lost Remote

Have had my Veito for some time now. I've either lost my remote or never had it. Went to a garden show at the Fair Grounds. There was a booth there that was selling those heaters like mine and I ask them where I could get a remote. They gave me a number to call and a website to look up. Redfern had options to choose from. Since my heater is an older model, there was no guarantee which one was right for mine. The price was right and I had everything to gain. The remote came in record time and works great. Thanks to all involved.

Didn't work

Bought a replacement remote for existing heaters and inserted the batteries but the heaters were non-responsive.

Hi Spencer, that isn't something that should normally not work with the remote. I would advice contacting customer service about this issue and see if there are some solutions that can help.
